We do not have magic wand but we do have creative solutions which have worked in a number of schools. We know what makes a difference and can help you to select and combine actions so that you build strong leadership and good English teaching.

Our work will be guided by a support proposal which will be agreed initially by a school leader. The outcomes of each visit are communicated in a short support log and the work is overseen by our senior adviser. It is this level of negotiation, communication and quality assurance that has ensured that our work has an impact on outcomes for pupils and teachers.
